Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above who run or represent a business, startup, or organization.
  • Participants must reside in Nepal or serve the Nepali market.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries by the same person using different names, fake company details, or phone numbers may lead to disqualification.

2. Entry Guidelines

  • To enter, participants must complete all required fields in the Google Form survey truthfully and fully.
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or suspicious entries may be disqualified.
  • Featherwebs reserves the right to review and filter entries for validity, authenticity, and relevance.

3. Giveaway Prize

One winner will receive one of the following (as per their current digital status):

  • Option A: A template-based website (up to 5 pages) + 1 year of free hosting, suitable for businesses without an existing website.
  • Option B: ₨25,000 off on the winner's next project or service with Featherwebs, applicable to website redesigns, upgrades, or custom web development.

4. Prize Terms

  • The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  • The website must be claimed and initiated within 3 months of winner announcement.
  • The ₨ 25,000 discount must be redeemed on services worth ₨100,000 or more within 6 months of the winner notification.

5. Winner Selection

  • One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a transparent draw system.
  • Entries suspected of manipulation (e.g., fake company names, repeated submissions) will be filtered before the draw.
  • Featherwebs may request proof of business activity or identity to confirm legitimacy.

6. Winner Announcement

  • The winner will be announced publicly on Featherwebs' social media channels.
  • The winner will be contacted through the contact information provided in the form.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • All responses will be kept confidential and used only for research, analysis, and internal business development.
  • Contact details will only be used to notify the winner or provide follow-up offers — not shared with third parties.

8. Right to Cancel or Modify

  • Featherwebs reserves the right to cancel, modify, or pause the giveaway at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and any decisions made by Featherwebs regarding the giveaway.
